Quality at Maxx Energy Services LTD.
To meet and exceed the requirements set by the Regulatory agencies, Maxx has created a Quality Management System Manual that is used across all divisions of our company. The Quality Management System Manual is used in conjunction with Maxx Quality Control Manual for construction of pressure piping.
A cornerstone of our quality assurance system is that we demand “a pride in workmanship” from our employees. As such, quality objectives are set at ZERO rework. It is expected that our staff and subcontractors take every reasonable step to perform their work efficiently and effectively, in line with the schedule and costs adherence, and to avoid any unnecessary rework.
Poor quality and workmanship are not acceptable on Company worksites and must be corrected.
We are committed to working together with all customers and subcontractors to promote our “pride in quality” attitude among all workers on-site.
This commitment is strengthened by our quality assurance processes, which include measures such as the provision of QA/QC for all projects related to welding, coating and construction.
No job is so urgent it cannot be done “right the first time”.
Maxx operates within North America with the express permission of the Governing Regulatory Bodies under the condition that written Engineering, Quality, and Construction practices are being followed. These mandate conformance to the Customers’ Engineering Design and Construction Specifications, as well as strict compliance with the applicable Codes and Regulatory requirements.
The Quality Management System Manual is supported with quality procedures, processes, and forms that have been developed within our Quality Department for use by the Corporate Executives, Project Team(s), Business Service Unit(s) and the Company’s Project Quality Personnel (IE: Coordinator and QC Inspectors). Individual Project Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) will be completed and submitted to the customer for mark-up prior to mobilization. These are individualized and based on our specific contractual obligations for the project.
